Since the merger on July 1, 2013, Kyos has been developing its new IT-elements and building a new global support offer: security, network and IT.
A key pillar of our support offering is Kyos Assist, which gives you constant monitoring and access to proactive maintenance. Kyos Assist is a simple and traceable offer based on the type and number of your installations, ensuring you remote support within one hour and on-site support within four or eight hours.
In addition, we offer you the option of extending the scope of service with Kyos Continuity to a round-the-clock offer 365 days a year. If necessary, our emergency call centre is there for you and at least two specialists are called out to quickly resolve your service interruption.
